Fast food is trying to change its face in today’s world with all of the concerns people have when it comes to nutrition. Most fast food restaurants offer a partial list of nutritional analysis up front, but when it comes to the nitty gritty there is plenty these fast food joints have to hide.
For example, big burgers and deep fried foods tend to be of the highest fats and offer the less nutritional value.
